This has honestly changed my life.

As someone who recently started a new meditation that’s side effects cause insomnia (and regularly waking, when I do actually fall asleep) I wasn’t expecting miracles from this little device.

Oh, how wrong I was!!

I take it to bed every night and I am fast asleep within 20minutes. I am now only waking once a night, rather than every 90mins, and am back asleep within minutes.

I don’t know if it’s the placebo effect, whoo whoo magic or just basic pressure point science. But I feel like an actual functioning human again.

For anyone who suffers with sleep issues, or knows someone that’s does, I would 100% recommend it. It is worth every penny!!

My husband and myself both suffer from sleep problems, so we purchased two devices to try to help us as the problem what getting us down. I have had my calm carry since December 2023. It works great. I use it on the airplane to calm me. I have used it while driving. I have used it during my “impending doom feelings” & when I put the calm carry on the highest level it helps me focus on that rather than my feelings of impending doom

We. Have had a fantastic experience with the calm carry. My son has autism and adhd so school was a struggle for him, his teach tried to move him around the classroom give him breaks, but he was still fidgeting and talking. We talked to his teacher and the other support staff about him bringing the calm carry to school to see if it would help him at school like it does at home and they said they were willing to try. He has been using it at school for a while now and his teacher says he has changed so much since using it, he does better at solo study and group and he doesn't have to take as many breaks now.
