I asked my 13 year old son what was the best thing about his new calmy, he said it helps him to go to sleep in under 30 min not like the hour it used to take him.

He has been using it every night since we purchased it. It was recommended to me by one of my friends who’s daughter uses it and now do not take any melatonin.

ordered this out of pure desperation for my son with ADHD/ASD in the hope that it would help him be able to switch off and get to sleep quicker. I was sceptical of what it claimed but will try anything if it will help. Happily we weren't disappointed! My son now uses this every night, focusing on the pulses in order to quiet his mind. He likes that you can adjust the intensity of the pulse till it is just right and not uncomfortable. My son is very sensitive to textures but finds the calm carry comfortable to hold and because he can control the pulse is fine with the feeling of It in his hand. It was great that there were lots of colours to choose from and so my son could pick his favourite and isn't too big for little hands. It might not work for everyone but I would recommend giving it a go.
